Dieta Pentru Slabit



Masa 1 : - 100 g fulgi de ovaz, lapte degresat, 1 lingurita miere de albine
                                                              
                                                     sau
                
                  - omleta din 2 oua
                  - 1 iaurt la 200g

Masa 2 : O portocala si o Banana
Masa 3 :  - 100 g ton proaspat sau bucati in suc propriu (nu in ulei sau maruntit)
Masa 4 : - salata de legume crude si piept de pui
Masa 5 : -200 gr Somon / Piept de pui
